HOW ORDERS ARE PRODUCED

Big Starz apparel is printed, cut and sewn to order after purchase. Nothing is held in stock. That means orders take longer than a warehouse retailer, and we'd rather set that expectation than miss it.

PROCESSING TIME

Apparel and bags: 2-5 business days to produce
Jewelry, footwear and accessories: 1-2 business days to dispatch

Processing is separate from transit. You get a tracking number when the item leaves the facility.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

United States: 3-5 business days in transit. Total 5-10 business days.
International: 10-20 business days in transit. Total 12-25 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, peak periods and weather can extend them.

SHIPPING COSTS

Free shipping on US orders over $75, applied automatically at checkout. No code required.
Orders under $75 are charged at the rate calculated at checkout.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Orders with several items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels at different times, at no extra cost. Each parcel gets its own tracking.

TRACKING

You'll get an order confirmation on purchase and a second email with tracking on dispatch. Tracking can take 1-3 days to show its first scan. No movement after 7 days, contact us.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These aren't included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

ADDRESSES

You're responsible for the accuracy of the address entered at checkout. Contact us immediately if it's wrong; we can usually correct it before production begins. Once production starts, the destination can't be changed.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbours, building management and your local depot first. If the carrier confirms it lost, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
