How fast do orders ship?
Most items ship from a U.S. warehouse in 1–3 business days, with delivery in 2–7 business days. Print-to-order pieces take 2–5 business days to make before they ship.
Is shipping free?
Free U.S. shipping on every order over $75. Under that it's a flat rate calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes to most countries. Times and duties vary by destination and show at checkout.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
We fulfil from more than one warehouse. If your order has a jacket and a chain, they may come from different places and arrive on different days. All tracking numbers are emailed to you.
Sizing & fit
How do I know my size?
Full measurements for men's, women's, footwear and chains are on the Size Guide. Best method: measure a piece you already own flat and compare.
Do your clothes run big or small?
Hoodies and graphic tops are cut oversized on purpose — size down for a normal fit. Bodycon and ruched women's pieces run snug. Baggy and wide-leg bottoms are cut long so they stack over the shoe.
Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes. Women's runs to 3X, print styles to 6XL, and there's a dedicated Curve collection. Same print, same price.
Grillz
Do I need a dentist?
No. Every set is custom-mold — you shape it to your own teeth with the included silicone bars in about 5 minutes. Step-by-step: Grillz Fitting Guide.
What size do I order?
One size. The mold is what makes them fit you.
Can I eat or sleep in them?
No. Take them out for meals and before bed, every time, and brush your teeth before putting them back in.
Can I return grillz?
Only unmolded, unused sets in original packaging, within 30 days. Once they're molded to your mouth they're yours. Wrong item or damaged on arrival is always replaced free.
Jewelry
Is it real gold?
Our pieces are gold-plated over stainless steel or brass, or solid 925 sterling silver — every listing says which. We don't sell solid gold and we won't pretend we do.
Is moissanite a diamond?
No. Moissanite is a real gemstone that passes a standard diamond tester and throws more fire than a diamond, at a fraction of the price. It is not a diamond and we never claim it is.
Will it turn my neck green?
It can, on brass, depending on your skin. It's a reaction, not a defect. Keeping the piece dry and clean mostly prevents it. Full care instructions: Jewelry Care.
Do you sell designer replicas?
No. Nothing here carries another brand's logo unless that brand actually made it.

What is a "fit"?

Is there a discount for buying a whole fit?
Yes — 20% comes off automatically when you have 3 or more items in the cart. No code needed.
Orders, payment & returns
What payment methods do you take?
All major cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay Installments where eligible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once it's with the warehouse we can't stop it, but you can still return it.
What's your return policy?
30 days on unworn items with tags. Full details: Returns & Exchanges. Wrong or damaged item — replaced free, no return shipping on you.
Where's my tracking?
Emailed the moment each package leaves the warehouse. Check spam if you don't see it, then message us.
